How the free trial works
Every workspace gets one 3-day trial on the plan it picks. A card is required to start, and nothing is charged during the trial. Cancel before it ends and you are not billed.
After the trial the plan renews monthly or annually, whichever you chose. Annual billing charges ten months for twelve, so two months are free (16.67% off). There is no contract and no sales call, and you can switch between monthly and annual, or upgrade and downgrade, from the billing page.
What it costs as you grow
Each plan covers a number of employees: Starter 100, Growth 200, Scale 300, Business 400. Only people who are active in Google Workspace and not suspended in SigDeploy count, so shared inboxes such as info@ or billing@ can be suspended to stay inside a plan.
Every plan also has a grace buffer above its limit. If you pass your plan, everyone keeps syncing inside the buffer and you see a warning. Past the buffer, syncing pauses only for the newest people, never for the whole workspace, and resumes as soon as you upgrade or free up room.

Tiered pricing versus per-user tools
Most email signature platforms charge per user, per month. Published third-party estimates put them at roughly $1 to $3.50 per user, often with annual terms and minimums. Those are estimates, not quotes, so confirm current pricing with each vendor.
Per-user pricing can be lower for very small teams. Tiered pricing pulls ahead as headcount grows, because the price steps up by team size instead of rising with every new hire.

How much does SigDeploy cost?
Plans start at $49 a month for up to 100 employees and go up to $139 a month for up to 400, after a 3-day free trial. Starter includes 2 dashboard seats, Growth and Scale include 3, and Business includes 4.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 3 days on any plan. A card is required to start and nothing is charged during the trial. Cancel before it ends and you are not billed. Each workspace gets one trial.
Is annual billing cheaper?
Yes. Annual billing is ten months for twelve, so two months are free: 16.67% off the monthly price. For example Starter is $490 a year instead of $588. You can switch from the billing page.
What happens if we go over our plan?
Each plan has a grace buffer above its employee limit. Inside the buffer everyone keeps syncing and you see a warning. Past the buffer, syncing pauses only for the newest people and you get an email. Upgrade, or suspend people who do not need a signature, and it resumes.
What if we need more people or admins?
Upgrade to a bigger plan from the billing page. Extra dashboard seats are $3 a month each, after the seats included in your plan. For more than 400 employees, contact sales for an Enterprise plan.
Is there a contract?
No. Billing is monthly or annual and you can cancel any time. A paid plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
Are campaigns and link tracking extra?
No. Banner campaigns and UTM link tagging are included in every plan.
